CCCL had desires to support for the cause of improvement in academic performance of student who are financially poor and academically lower and raise their performance on par with other bright students in all subjects.
Empowering Communities with Skills and Support
CCCL is earnestly committed to embrace the socially responsible business practices and continually aim for the upliftment of society. CCCL business models are economically, socially and environmentally sustainable. CCCL dedicates to enhance the Quality of life of underprivileged and protect the environment to a great extent. CCCL operate business in a fair, transparent and ethical manner.
As a good corporate citizen to benefit the society at large, CCCL had opened a Skill Development Centre, where it provides vocational training in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, surveying and electrical works to school drop-outs from economically weaker sections of the society.
Interested candidates are provided with free lodging and training, in addition to a monthly stipend. Successful candidates are employed by the company also to provide not only technical skills to people from marginal sections of the society but also to ensure gainful and meaning full employment opportunities.
Development Centre is equipped to train about 720 persons annually in various trades. The Company also provides financial support to institutions, to deserving persons for medical expenses and to senior citizens requiring critical care.

CCCL is always committed to take care of wellbeing of the migrated workers working for our projects across the region by organizing free Health check up periodically in association with local medical fraternity at respective site where we are doing projects. Approximately 5000 workers are covered per annum under medical health check up programme

VLB Arts and Science collage project site at Coimbatore organized Eye screening camp for construction workers. The camp conducted on 30.01.2010 in association with Vasan Eye Care Coimbatore unit

During Celebration of 64th Independence Day of 15.08.2010 Blood donation camp conducted by CCCL in association with Lions Club of Hyderabad Janani. At Hyderabad Regional office. Around 50 members from CCCL donated blood
This is 7th blood donation camp conducted by Hyderabad branch Office
Staffs at Goa Airport sites have participated in Blood donation camp and donate blood under community health development programme
Free medical Camp conducted at Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Medical college pondicherry.

Children Care

To implement this scheme CCCL adopted Gopalapuram Boys/Girls Hr. Sec School at Gopalapuram Chennai by way of providing Teaching faculty, materials and special food for the students who were enrolled in this scheme for entire academic year."
The programme implemented through EMERGE learning an NGO .
APIS scheme focused for the student studying in 6th - 10std &12th std by conducting special coaching session everyday after their regular session at 03.30- 05.30 PM in all working days.
Number of student benefited under this scheme are 175.
“CCCL project team at Bayer Multi Crop breeding station site at Patencheru, Hyderabad had set up a Child care centre at their labour camp to take care of the wards of migrated employees working in their site. At this child care centre, the wards of workers living in the labour camp are brought to this centre and taken care by a caretaker who provides elementary learning facilities and refreshments.
Sessions are conducted everyday for 4 hours. There are 12-15 children in the age group of 3-8 years who attend this centre.
Provide free education to migrated workers wards at their camp site
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) school at primary standard started under the Alternative Education Centre in labour colony of Mahindra Research Valley project site in MIPL Chengalpet have been accepted by Tamilnadu state mission of education for all under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan scheme (Annaivarukum Kalvi Iyakkam ).
