Mr. R. Sarabeswar is our Promoter, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He was a gold medallist and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the regional engineering college, thiruchirapalli and holds a management degree in strategy from london university. Mr. Sarabeswar has over 40 years of experience in the construction sector and has previously worked for larsen and toubro limited, spic, smo division and the shobhakshi group, saudi arabia. In 2007, He was awarded the best aluminus award by the regional engineering college thiruchirapalli. He has been associated with our company since inception and is currently responsible for overall management of our company.
Mr. S. Sivaramakrishnan is our Promoter and Managing Director. He has bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the coimbatore institute of technology, university of madras, coimbatore was a gold medallist and holds a post graduate degree in structural engineering from college of engineering guindy, chennai and holds a masters degree in business administration from the university of madras. He has over 40 years of experience in the construction sector and has served as engineer with the ecc division of larsen and toubro limited and the design department of spic limited. He has been associated with our company since inception and is currently responsible for the overall administration of our company
Mr. V.G. Janarthanam is our Promoter and Director (Operations). He completed his Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Government college of Engineering, Salem, University of Madras. He served under various portfolios with Larsen and Toubro Limited and has over 45 years of experience in the construction sector with special emphasis on tendering and contract management. He has been associated with our company since inception and was responsible for heading our operations.
Mr.S. Kaushik Ram is our Whole-time Director. He has engineering graduate and mba in ohio university, usa. He also possesses specialized management certification from harward business school. He has been serving cccl and its subsidiaries for 15 years, under various capacities and helped in tremendous growth of the organization. He was instrumental in clinching various joint venture agreements both domestic and international to bag huge order for cccl. He will be responsible for various horizontal functions.
Mr.V.Suresh is a Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from berhampur university, odissa. He is a seasoned professional with 26+ years of experience as a finance professional and organizational. During the course of his26+years journey, he has proved his expertise in strategy, business planning, organization building, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.
His last assignment as gm finance, coral manufacturing pvt ltd. His range of accomplishments centre on leading a small company or platforms through transformational growth into admirable organizations and providing exceptional leadership to produce differentiated outcomes. He has a vision of the workplace as a place where employees are partners in the transformation of the company.
Mr. Niranjan Chandrashekar is an associate member of the institute of company secretaries of india, (a 43249) and holds a masters in law of financial services & capital markets from nalsar university of law, hyderabad. He holds over 10 years of experience in secretarial, compliance and legal related matters and has worked as a company secretary with nbfcs and fintech companies handling legal, compliance & regulatory matters.
