    The following are the functions carried out by us.  
       
       
    Recruitment :  
       
    Lay down criteria for all future recruitment, systematize the recruitment process and ensure a uniform practice amongst all divisions / Branches of CCCL.  
       
    To recruit engineers from the market that suits our company’s requirement.  
       
    Recruitment is carried out off campus & on campus.  
       
    Vacancies are filled in various cadres as decided by the management either.

              b) By Promoting existing employees.
